The WHEATGRASS GROWER's fresh-cut greens are grown using Certified Organic seeds nurtured in healthy, balanced, all-natural soils using only soil amendments allowed by the National Organics Program. Harvested on Day 10, we package our greens in biodegradable/compostable materials made with EarthFirst PLA Film from Ingeo. We then ship our packages UPS with gel packs in thermal-lined boxes to keep your product fresh over a 24-hour shipping period. Our products come in 5.5 oz. clamshells or 8 oz. and 1 lb. bags. The WHEATGRASS GROWER now sells 5.5 ounce Wheatgrass and Sunflower Greens in compostable clamshells with UPC Codes--perfect for retail sale! The WHEATGRASS GROWER has recently teamed with Burton & Burton to provide a wonderful selection of baskets, containers, and gift ideas for growing your wheatgrass centerpieces. If you are local to Northeastern Pennsylvania and are interested in creating wheatgrass centerpieces for your special occasion, please visit the Burton & Burton website for decorating ideas, then give us a call to discuss your floral needs. We can order the decorative container(s) of your choice in quantity and grow the wheatgrass specifically to match your containers.

SPECIAL EVENTS

The WHEATGRASS GROWER is available for special events such as health fairs and environmental events. We offer juicing demonstrations, product samples, and educational and promotional materials. We are in particular demand April through June, so please contact us early to discuss your organization's needs. Earth Day is Thursday, April 22, 2010.
