The
Wheatgrass Grower
currently sells fresh-cut, naturally-grown WHEATGRASS, SUNFLOWER GREENS, and
PEA SHOOTS year round, by the pound, directly to consumers and retail
establishments. BUCKWHEAT LETTUCE is available as a special request (1
pound minimum) and requires 10 days to grow. We use no synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or
fertilizers. Our gardening is done using nature's finest ingredients in a
state-of-the-art, climate-controlled environment for consistent, high-quality greens
all year round!
 Scientifically, wheatgrass has received attention as a wound healer and in
disease prevention and is very high in
antioxidants.
It's use is even recognized by professional health organizations as a "super
food" in
CANCER diets.
Chlorophyll, a main constituent of wheatgrass, supports an oxygen-rich
environment for body tissues and is a powerful detoxification aid, especially
when taken FRESH.
Wheatgrass
juice may be taken straight or juiced along with other nutritious foods to
create a more palatable beverage. Its companion greens may be
consumed without juicing. They add variety to vegetable-based diets, and are
excellent in salads and on sandwiches. Unique recipes for our greens may
be found in books supporting the Hippocrates Diet & Health Program.

also provides tray-grown grass to florists
and the general public for crafts and special events. We have provided
tray grass for weddings, golf clubs, and holiday centerpieces, and have seen it
used beautifully at spas and flower shows. Orders may be custom-grown to clients'
specifications. Please call for more information. Wholesale pricing available on
orders of 10 or more trays.
Sorry, we currently do not ship live wheatgrass trays.
Live wheatgrass trays are only available for pickup.
Our wheatgrass
and other baby greens generally take 10 days to grow from seed to harvest (allow
7 days for floral needs).
